I don't collect any details, or hold any database.  Any contact details I do have, are for the purposes of running SJC Planning.  I will not share any of your details, nor discuss your case with any third party without your consent.

If I believe that by acting for a third party results in any conflict of interest, I will decline work regardless of the nature and scale.  

That's it, surprisingly straightforward and 'un-waffly'.
